Feb 16th 2024We purchased a thermowood 4 person sauna from Redwood Outdoors and we simply cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The craftsmanship is incredible and the care they put into the shipping is the best I've seen. The assembly instructions were top notch and my husband and I had a blast putting it together. We had some initial electrical problems getting our sauna heater to work as a result of some funky wiring issues with our house. Redwood Outdoors provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They stuck with us through the whole process, heard all of our concerns and worked closely with our electrician to get things resolved. Our sauna has added so much enjoyment to our lives and it's become a favorite part of our day. Great Product
Feb 16th 2024I recently purchased and assembled a Redwood 4 person cabin sauna over a concrete and tile support pad. I am fortunate to live close to Redwood Outdoors to be able to see and enter into the unit.I have been impressed with the showroom area and the attentive courteous service I received and continue to receive from the Redwood people. The assembly of the unit, at first a bewildering pile of lumber, turned out to be fun. ; not that much unlike Lincoln logs from another era. The construction manual was easy to follow; the parts fit together without a hitch. My only criticism is with the screws included,which ,in my mind need an upgrade ( a few stripped heads going into hard wood). The process took three days and continues with minor tweaks. Concerning function, the sauna provides a perfect amount of heat; I am looking forward to years of enjoyment. Eric Ranta
