LOVE Our Sauna
Apr 24th 2023We LOVE our sauna, it's truly been life changing. Having the ability to hop in there at the end of a workday to unwind before bed has noticeably improved our sleep and stress levels. My husband and I look forwards to our sauna time every night after we put the kids to bed. The team at Redwood has been incredible- my husband was able to assemble the entire sauna by himself over two days. Anytime he had a question, the Redwood team was super responsive and quick to point us in the right direction. When we asked a question about pouring a concrete pad to support the sauna, the CX team member even offered to provide pictures and measurements of the one they have at their own home as an additional resource - truly above and beyond customer experience. Now that we've been in the sauna for three weeks we have no complaints- the quality of the wood and product are top notch. Excited to enjoy for many years to come!!
