I could go on and on about how great they were but to summarize: -The box came in a very organized package. -The assembly was very easy to follow. The build took about 6 hours for 2 people. -The after sales team has been OUTSTANDING. They helped my electrician solve an issue with the heater. -They are super responsive. They always answer and help with questions. They called me back when I wasn't able to reach them. What really really made this was the people I've interacted with. Every single person I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and helpful. If you are stressed about such a large purchase, as I was, find relief in knowing how helpful they will be to support you through the end.

My Family Love It
Feb 16th 2024I purchased the Thermowood Garden Sauna (8 person) back in early October and after building it, my family and I have been using it these past several weeks. We are in love with this sauna and are using it almost daily. It is especially popular with my surfing son and his buddies, after they surf the cold Pacific just a few blocks from my house in western San Francisco. Beyond that, it has a great look. Around it, we plan to add a few trees to make for a real urban escape. After extensive research, I felt this product from Redwood Outdoors appeared to be the best quality available, and I believe it really turned out to be true. The wood is of very high caliber, precisely milled and retains its deep forest smell. The heating unit is efficient though I’d advise giving it at least 45 minutes to warm up. We lived in/grew up in Northern Europe and used saunas regularly and achieve the same healthy and energizing experience with this product. I built the sauna from the kit, delivered within the week of placing my order. I did it alone, I am handy with tools but not a contractor. It was not easy – it would have gone far faster and less swearing to have a little help -- but one medium skilled person can do the job. I had to call the support people at Redwood Outdoors on several occasions, and they were always enthusiastically determined to solve the small issues that always come up. Our winters being rainy and summers foggy, I added a light clear stain to protect the exterior. This brought out the really nice texture and color of the wood. I also added the shingled roof and a rain gutter at the low end of the roof slope. All in all, we are quite satisfied.
