Overall we love it!
Oct 9th 2024We are excited to finally have our dream setup of a sauna and cold plunge from Redwood Outdoors to complement our cedar hot tub. They look beautiful together. RO has been very responsive during the set up/installation process which was fairly straightforward for anyone with basic skills with tools. Occasionally I encountered discrepancies between the installation manuals. And sometimes the prefilled holes for pieces landed right on a wood knot or a joint so I had to drill new holes. But overall we love the look of everything and are looking forward to many years of use.

Sales people were very responsive and informative and after sales crew has also been great helping with assembly and other questions we have had along the way. Sauna and Plunge were both easy to set up. I would definitely purchase from them again.

It is an absolutely adorable sauna and looks very attractive in our backyard. The wood stove heats up quick and the wood bucket and ladle to apply water onto the rocks rapidly fills the sauna with humidity. Thank you Redwood Outdoors!
